“Just bought our second Charley Chau Ducky Donut bed in a large for our new rescue GSP who arrives next week :) Our current GSP loves hers. She's had hers for around 3-4 years and it has lasted really well and still looks great. The machine washable covers are easy to remove for laundering. Well worth the initial investment - an end to having to replace beds every year or two.”

“hmm, I don't have the bed yet it was delivered and no calling card was left so im having to have it re-delivered a week later. It missed my dog's birthday which was today. Not ideal”

I'm sorry you didn't receive your order in time for your dog's birthday. All our deliveries require a signature on arrival and are not left unattended if no one is there to sign for the parcel as the insurance would be invalidated. The drivers will try to leave with a neighbour if possible otherwise parcels are returned to the local depot and sent out for delivery again the following working day. Parcelforce are generally reliable but sometimes deliveries do not go as planned. Unfortunately, once parcels leave our HQ, we have no control over the delivery and we are in the hands of the courier companies.

“Hello Christine and Jenny, My new beddie arrived last week. Must congratulate you on the excellent quality and style, which matches our living room decor. It is versatile as we can turn it over and it becomes a mattress. But I love burrowing into it as well. It arrived in excellent condition due to the fact that it was double wrapped in polythene. woof Charlie (little golden cocker spaniel)”

“Took ages to arrive with no explanation other than on the 2 occasions I had to call up to chase my order. Was told they had had a lot of orders for the did bed that I ordered but didn’t really apologise I waited over 3 weeks not the 2 days that was stated when I ordered. When the bed came I was happy with the quality of the bed but was smaller than expected. I have a French bull dog albeit a big one but I’d definitely say a large rather than medium would have been more Suitable. If it hadn’t taken so long to come I’d have swapped it but by this point I was just happy to have something.”
