“I ordered the wrong piece of jewellery. My daughter had already bought earrings and I was to buy a matching pendant. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong one, a very expensive mistake because I had to pay over £7to send it back. My daughter phoned one of your customer support team who was very helpful and said they'd get the correct one sent out to me. They were very helpful and I now just hope that the new item arrives before Christmas. I hope to use your company again if all goes well.”

“A pair of Silver earrings one of which is a very different colour to the other, presumably tarnished, so will either sent them back or take them to a shop hopefully for an exchange. A surprising disappointment. How can you go wrong with a simple pair of silver/diamond earrings ?”

“I ordered a watch that was a competitive price after phoning for advice for this particular item and it arrived extremely quickly.The item was well packed and in original box so i was happy because it is for a xmas present.I have not tried the watch as i will leave that to the recipient but there should be no problems with it.Also the lady that i phoned was very helpfull and friendly.”

Thank you so much for your lovely review. I hope the watch is well received as a gift! I've just noticed it is an Eco-Drive which is powered by light so if you are popping it away for Christmas you may want to give it a very good charge under a strong lamp before wrapping it up. Eco-Drive watches absorb light incredibly well when worn but we store them in complete darkness so they do sometimes need an extra initial charge. Do get in touch if you have any further queries .
