“I order online and when the earrings arrived the butterfly backs were difficult to get off and then I couldn't take the earrings off. The butterly broke. Not a good start when this was the first time I had tried them. However my partner took them into the store in Portsmouth and they immediately changed them for another pair which I have been wearing constantly ever since. Excellent service with no hassle and sales assistant very pleasant and helpful. Very impressed and if I want any other jewellery will always look here first.”
