“I received the watch which I had ordered, but found that the bracelet required an additional link to pass over the width of my hand. I contacted Chapelle informing them of the problem and within a matter days they supplied an additional link which I was able to fit myself. I cannot thank Chapelle enough for their kind help and support and I am truly delighted with my new watch.”

“After careful online search, found the Seiko watch I wanted at Chapelle at a bargain price. Ordered on a Monday, received notice of despatch the next day, with expected delivery on the Friday. Then I was informed on the Wednesday of delivery by Royal Mail for Thursday, and it duly arrived then, very well packaged. An excellent, efficient service, thoroughly recommendable - thank you.”
