“I contacted Chapelle to try and source some earrings, I had a pair, my daughter loved them so I intended to get a pair for her birthday on 9th march. Couldn't find them on your website so sent you a message asking for help. Georgia got in touch with me straight away, I sent her a photo of my earrings, she found them straight away for me, sent me a link to order them and I now have a pair for my daughters birthday. Georgia was SO very helpful, polite and nothing was too much trouble. I did ask her to pass on to her manager that I thought she was wonderful ! I do think sometimes that the larger a company becomes, the less caring and personal they become. I have found the complete opposite with Chapelle and I will continue to visit your outlet in Ashford Kent coming back to you if I need any assistance. Well done Chapelle ❤”
