Hi JB, at your request we have now processed your refund. Inevitably due to the nature of ISO management system standards and the High Level Structure there is a certain amount of similarity between some toolkits, and I'm sorry you didn't feel that your purchase offered value for money in this case.

“Certikit provides a perfect option for any size business that need the ability to be ISO compliant, but without the expensive governance, risk and compliance (GRC) software cost. Their documentation approach sets a framework for either ISO / NIST / GDPR certification or alignment depending on your needs. “This situation seems rather concerning to us. We previously purchased the 27001 toolkit in 2021, and now it appears that we are being compelled to make another purchase solely to obtain the update. It feels like an unfair and potentially scam-like approach.”

Hi Omar We're sorry to hear that you feel you’re missing out on the update to our ISO27001 toolkit. At the time that you bought your toolkit (in 2020) it came with a standard 12 months of updates. We introduced lifetime updates for new customers in 2022 so this unfortunately doesn’t apply to your purchase. We try to be fair to all customers and so we ask our staff to apply our policy evenly. We have offered you a discount which you are free to use at any time. A new purchase would give you access to the lifetime updates service and so this won’t be a problem in the future.
