“Every interaction with CoL staff was professional, they were understanding & patient over the phone. Every question I had was answered with care & respect. I was kept up to date via text & email with each step of the process. I found the entire process very smooth, straighforward & stress free. I would recommend their services if the more traditional routes are not wanted or needed. It has allowed us time to plan our next steps with the ashes of our loved family member.”

“the ashes turn up just over a week from the cremation in a very nice box and the gentleman who delivered the ashes was dressed smart and was very respectful they also plant a tree in memory of the person”

“My mum had opted for a direct cremation with Celebration of life and I have a number of things I would like to highlight for anyone considering this option. First of all from the initial phone call the calm and empathetic attitude from the staff was reassuring and amazing. I was kept constantly updated on all information and it was made very clear what they needed from me and when but I never felt hurried or pushed to do anything at a pace other than my own. I was given a day and time of when the cremation was going to happen days in advance as was able to organise a small get together of friends so we said our goodbyes together on the same day. The gentleman that delivered my mum’s ashes back to me did so deeply respectfully and with decorum. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company so much so I am going to organise my own with them for when the worst happens.”

“My father unfortunately passed away recently and I cannot recommend Celebration of Life more - they were professional but friendly, efficent, caring and always on hand to answer ay queries I had. They kept me completely up to date, I never once had to chase them. They did everything they said they would and helped me out with a few personal requests. From the very start to the very end they were absolutely fantastic.”

“Just over years ago my wife Carol died from cancer and my doctor come to certify the time of her passing then my daughter Deb's contacted the Celebration of life andarranged a timetable pick her up and it was at 1 am and when they come 1 was a male and 1 female and in full undertaker dress and I was told as we are picking up a female patient and that was why the female was with then he asked if he could see Carol and told me that he likes to tell them we're they are going to take he to and they were very professional at what they do and everything was do with dignity and respect to me and wife and on the 1st of July my 45 years old son Jonathan passed away in his sleep and was taken to the hospital and hospital announce the time of death and my daughter got in touch with Celebration of life to arranged to pick him up from the hospital and I was told all what and when he was going to be picked up and was informed about all that about to come and once again it was done with dignity and respect for Jonathan and my family I would recommend this to all my friends and family as they are a professional people and upstanding what we are going through and I know that some of my friends have joined the Celebration of life and I would recommend them to anyone and when the Ashes come back and is hand delivered by a undertaker and I Could Not Ask for More regards John Turner from Northampton”

“The celebration of life team were very respectful, professional and efficient in the handling of my mother‘s direct cremation funeral. They gave good advice and process support which made the entire process far less traumatic for my family as a whole and particular my widowed father. “Faultless from the first phone call to the final letter through the post. Extremely friendly members of staff. Competent and compassionate. They worked around me being unavailable to arrange the return of the ashes. I found the whole service entirely professional and kind. Thank you so much for making this a very straightforward experience. I would recommend them without reservation.”

“When my dad died in May I found COL online and was initially attracted by the price. Having read the website and checked reviews against other companies I decided to go with them. Best decision I have made in years. From start to finish I have been consulted or advised on everything by a team of the nicest people you could hope to deal with. From collecting my dad to returning his ashes (in a surprisingly lovely box) communication has been spot on. The man who delivered the ashes to my mum was the same man who collected him and when he left she called me to say how wonderful and nice he had been - the little things matter, and COL understand and seem to live by this. To the entire team from my whole Family please accept our heartfelt thanks. You have been perfect.”
