“COL were super supportive when my mother died at 11:00 on a Sunday night It could have been a weekday They answered my call quickly and arranged Mum’s collection in under 3 hours as I was on my own and could not cope having her with me in the house. Two lovely ladies arrived and helped me get through this dreadful evening Everything task was conducted with the utmost sympathy From the initial phone call to the very last one to arrange delivery of mum’s ashes back here Thank you”

“I lost my mother and husband within a couple of months of each other which was deeply upsetting and stressful. I used Celebration of Life for each of their direct cremations and can’t praise this organisation highly enough. Everything happened as they said it would and in a timely way and their communications were first class. They helped me cope by taking some of the practical challenges away.”

“I was extremely impressed with the service COL provided me and our boys. From the first contact to the delivery of the ashes to our home they were extremely professional and efficient but most of all they were attentive, kind and compassionate and supported us through an extremely difficult time. I can't thank them enough for the service they provided to us as a family”

“Phoned Celebration of Life following the passing of my mother. Arranged a cremation for her after paying the costs and it was all handled by them including collection of body from mortuary to local crematorium. A date and time for the cremation was given so that we could be thinking of Mum at that time. This was unattended by family. Approx 10 days after cremation they contacted me to arrange delivery of the ashes. The whole experience was truly well managed and I would recommend using this company to anyone. Thank you very much.”

“I was extremely pleased with the service provided by your company.You kept in touch with me the whole time.during the process one of your staff 'phoned several times to make sure I was okay & did I need any help or advice regarding the plan.I will certainly be recommending your company to family & friends & I have already got a friend who has signed up with you. “Jennifer and the team were of great help when my wife died suddenly in hospital. As she was still only 54 we hadn't given funerals much thought, but everyone at Celebration of Life were very wonderful and compassionate in dealing with me. I have to admit we hadn't much money saved up for anything more than small emegencies, however the price of £1077 was possible to achieve. I was kept udated and all the paperwork dealt with in a clear and easy to follow way and Dani delivered my wifes ashes in due course. Later I received a certificate to let me know a tree would be planted in a woodland in her memory, an idea my wife would have loved. I can highly recommend Celebration of Life to anyone who needs their services.”

“The first phone call to Celebration of Life was an enquiry, my husband asked me to call them and find out what it was all about, he was terminally ill and didn't want any fuss at the end, little did we know he had less than 2 weeks left. The staff made a really awful time very straight forward. Jennifer was kind and compassionate, very understanding and caring and I am very grateful for all of her help through a desperate time. The funeral directors that came to the house were very professional, and CofL advised the following morning that they had taken my husband into their care, which was really important to me. They kept me up to date with everything that was being organised, and I received his ashes promptly after his cremation. Again, the lady that delivered them was very professional, but as I was on my own and distressed, she even asked if I would like her to stay a while or if she could call someone for me. Above and beyond I'd say, very kind. We were able to have a real party to celebrate my husbands life, without an awful funeral to attend first. As he said, we didn't need to go through that, and I'm so glad that we chose Celebration of Life. My children are now aware that I want exactly the same when it's my time. Thank you again Celebration of Life”
