“I’ve been buying from this company for many years now and would never consider going elsewhere. Competitively priced, but the biggest thing is the tech support they provide, these guys are knowledgeable, capable and helpful, nothing is too much trouble in a world where others simply do not understand the value of good customer service. I’ve been buying from them now since they were in a small shop, I’ve watched them grow and succeed and rightly so but they’ve never lost sight of that attention to detail and great customer service that gave them the success they deserve. Absolutely five star and I’ve sent many others to them as well, I font recommend anyone lightly but I have confidence in them which has grown from years of experiences with them.”

“I have used CCTV empire before and was generally quite pleased with the quality and pricing. I ordered an Hikvision 4K replacement camera on this occasion. I was a little dubious about the product as the box was quite battered. I removed the Hikvision seal very carefully only to see another seal underneath which had obviously been broken. On removing the camera all seemed okay except the plastic camera front cover was covered in bubbles and had obviously been removed and replaced. If I had the time I would’ve returned the camera for replacement. The camera has now been installed and is working as expected, but I can’t help thinking I have been sent a returns product instead of new.”
