“I don’t normally write reviews for products or services. Life is too short. However, the service I received from CCTV Empire was outstanding so I wanted to share: I placed a significant order but some components I wanted weren’t available on the website. A few WhatsApp messages later and not only had they sourced the components, they’d updated their website and made it simple for me to update my order. All components were then delivered 2 days later. The ability to chat with someone and get an instant response made a massive positive impact - thanks.”

“I ordered a 4 channel NVR and 3 cameras. On arrival the NVR wasnt quite as described on the website. A quick phone call to CCTV Empire and the matter was resolved. It did mean a replacement/alternative NVR and a refund for the original one sent but it was all resolved very quickly. The description on the website was updated. I would use them again.”

“I purchased a doorbell cam and found that I couldn't get it to connect with the network or the indoor monitor. The staff were helpful beyond belief in helping me to correct the problem. I can't praise them enough. Great service”

They're never pushy and are always happy to answer any questions I have. Their after-sales service is also excellent. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for security products or services. “After being let down by another supplier, Jon from CCTV Empire Ltd responded rapidly to my enquiry, very helpful, order placed 3.48 PM on a Friday, dispatched same day despite the order being placed late in the day and delivered early Monday morning, what else could you ask for? Their pricing on Hikvision kit is very competitive too. I'll be back...!”

“I was very impressed with the speed, availability and service of CCTV Empire, but I was not impressed when I found out that they only paid 50% of the post and where I was asked to pay the other 50% myself. This is not a good public relations for asking the customer to pay £3.50 towards the post.”
