“I have used CCTV empire before and was generally quite pleased with the quality and pricing. I ordered an Hikvision 4K replacement camera on this occasion. I was a little dubious about the product as the box was quite battered. I removed the Hikvision seal very carefully only to see another seal underneath which had obviously been broken. On removing the camera all seemed okay except the plastic camera front cover was covered in bubbles and had obviously been removed and replaced. If I had the time I would’ve returned the camera for replacement. The camera has now been installed and is working as expected, but I can’t help thinking I have been sent a returns product instead of new.”

“I was very impressed with the speed, availability and service of CCTV Empire, but I was not impressed when I found out that they only paid 50% of the post and where I was asked to pay the other 50% myself. This is not a good public relations for asking the customer to pay £3.50 towards the post.”

“No problems with the supply of the equipment. There is/was a intermittent problem with my CC TV DVR. They offered to exchange it straight away. The problem has not re-occurred for some time. I am sure that if it does they will give me good service. Even the small item e.g. RJ45 plugs were better than Maplins.”
