“I decided to take a look at what the webite offered, and was pleasantly suprised at their range, as well as the prices. Not only that, but their range of contact options, including Whatsapp, and also their timely replies to my queries. Buying from them was easy, as was a personal visit, or two, to collect from their premises. The staff are not only friendly and accomodating but also passionate about their work and willing to offer support and advice. Comforting to know that such a company is there to offer decent and quality products and to back that up with good support options that seem to work very effectively. Very much recommended. Thanks”

“I find the Hikvision numbering system a minefield but John steered me through it with sufficient confidence that I was able to order to correct camera. Furthermore, having received the said camera, I found that it didn't 'plug & play'. We called CCTV Empire and they were able to guide my I.T. guy through the process.”

“If only all firms carried on business like cctv empire, the world would be a happier place. My first purchase was in 2017 when I bought my first cctv system. I had a couple of minor glitches when setting up but thanks to Jon and Ben, I was helped to sort out my problems and all with a smile and no hurrying up. I can thoroughly recommend buying from them, you will never regret it. Peter”

“I don’t normally write reviews for products or services. Life is too short. However, the service I received from CCTV Empire was outstanding so I wanted to share: I placed a significant order but some components I wanted weren’t available on the website. A few WhatsApp messages later and not only had they sourced the components, they’d updated their website and made it simple for me to update my order. All components were then delivered 2 days later. The ability to chat with someone and get an instant response made a massive positive impact - thanks.”

“I ordered a 4 channel NVR and 3 cameras. On arrival the NVR wasnt quite as described on the website. A quick phone call to CCTV Empire and the matter was resolved. It did mean a replacement/alternative NVR and a refund for the original one sent but it was all resolved very quickly. The description on the website was updated. I would use them again.”

“I purchased a doorbell cam and found that I couldn't get it to connect with the network or the indoor monitor. The staff were helpful beyond belief in helping me to correct the problem. I can't praise them enough. Great service”
