"The service and product from Cartridge People was as usual excellent, unfortunately the delivery from Evri was not, Firstly they sent a message saying they had received a parcel for me. OK. They said they'd notify me when it was out for delivery. They didn't. They notified me they'd left the parcel in a safe place which turned out to be a wheelie bin that had no connection to me, (see picture) 30 minutes later I received a message saying they couldnt deliver to me and would be in touch the following day, I ended up going through 5 neighbours wheelie bins looknig for a parcel I wasn't sure was there or not, If I had taken the message at face value I would have ended up with no parcel and the hassle of trying to convince Cartridge People that I hadn't received it. I would avoid anything to do with Evri after this experience. The recommendation below is based on the assumption Cartridge People will continue using Evri."

"I cnnot argue about the service I received frome Cartridge People as the service was impeccable, fast and considerate in all matters. advice and suggestions also counted for my intention to shop with them again in the future. I have a ink type printer for colour and will when these are low enquire as to the availability of new replacements. the customer service is second to none without a doubt."

“Since fitting cartridges my printer kept saying not recognised. After taking out and putting about 4 times got them to work but black print is not brilliant and cartridge now shows 1/3 already used!”

“Save the bother of comparing prices with all the others, just listen to me! They send fast, with good quality inks (in money saving bundles), & free post, and same or better prices than the others. Occasionally they even give away little gifts -- I have had free mouse mat/easter eggs/mini PC hoover. Only hope their prices don't rise when we leave the EU?”
