"The service and product from Cartridge People was as usual excellent, unfortunately the delivery from Evri was not, Firstly they sent a message saying they had received a parcel for me. OK. They said they'd notify me when it was out for delivery. They didn't. They notified me they'd left the parcel in a safe place which turned out to be a wheelie bin that had no connection to me, (see picture) 30 minutes later I received a message saying they couldnt deliver to me and would be in touch the following day, I ended up going through 5 neighbours wheelie bins looknig for a parcel I wasn't sure was there or not, If I had taken the message at face value I would have ended up with no parcel and the hassle of trying to convince Cartridge People that I hadn't received it. I would avoid anything to do with Evri after this experience. The recommendation below is based on the assumption Cartridge People will continue using Evri."

"I cnnot argue about the service I received frome Cartridge People as the service was impeccable, fast and considerate in all matters. advice and suggestions also counted for my intention to shop with them again in the future. I have a ink type printer for colour and will when these are low enquire as to the availability of new replacements. the customer service is second to none without a doubt."

“I wouldn't say I'm a regular customer because a full set of 603XL cartridges lasts me around 8 months, but I will only buy my cartridges from Cartridge People, the cartridges are brilliant value, easily as good as the expensive originals and of course you get loads more ink. In older printers I've used inferior cartridges which have either leaked or dried up within a month, I've been using the Cartridge People 603XL cartridges in my Epson XP-3150 for a few years now and I'm really pleased, great quality print results and at a very reasonable cost.”

“This company is a gem of a find I have used them for several years now and have always had excellent customer service often with next day delivery. Their own brand HP XL cartridges are higher quantity ink which last longer than snaller quantity original HP with lower quantities so overall saves ££££££s. Cartridge People own brand cartridges have worked for me and I have had no problem. [ if ever there was a problem they guarantee to sort it so you can buy with confidence] overall a 5 star company highly reccommended excellent shopping experience from start to finish. I dont bother going anywhere else Cartridge People are my number 1.”

“I have purchased cartridges from Cartfidge People for many years . Recently after placing an order I received a phone call questioning why I didn’t buy the compatible cartridges, my answer was my hp printer has in the past not acknowledged these cartridges so I have avoided them , sales person convinced me to buy the alternative , I tried to get it as a trial but I ended up paying for it so we will see that if my printer doesn’t accept I will return it for a refund , time will tell.”
