“I ordered these after Christmas with money I was gifted. They were ordered and arrived within a few days, quality is very good , clean easily and deep pile . I personalised my driver mat with red trim on black and my name was my logo. They look great and fit so well and grip to floor . Would highly recommend highly carmats4u as used other companies in the past and mats haven't supplied good quality.”

“Ordered the Durable Rubber Boot with black luxury diamond. The fumes/odour coming from this mat are incredibly strong. I would advise against ordering for an SUV or estate car as they enter the passenger compartment. Also the mat was delivered with a dusty footprint on it.”

Hi Dave, I’m really sorry you’re finding the fumes/odour from the Durable Rubber Boot stronger than expected, and that there’s a dusty footprint on delivery. In respect of the rubber odour, this will dissipate over time (these products are 100% natural rubber which carry on odour for a first few weeks). However, if this is overpowering, the item could be faulty. We do also have a PVC (odourless version now available) if you're interested? Please reply here with your order number, and if possible, attach a short video or photos showing the odour issue and the dusty footprint. You can also email support@carmats4u.com with the details. “I’ve used Carmats4u on several occasions and they’re always good quality and good value for money. My recent order, while fitting, did not match the OEM mats. An email to customer services was met with what I can only describe as outstanding service. They sent an alternative template and, when that didn’t fit, they sent a blank template and asked if I could trace the OEM mat shape for them and, within a week a replacement arrived and a perfect fit. Excellent service and highly recommended.”

“Having purchased from Carmats4u via amazon over 18 months ago, still very pleased with the standard mats. Drivers mat only showing a little wear around the Heal Protection. Decided to go for the upgrade to the platinum thickest pile with the dual trim. Only just managed to get around to placing them in the car today. Wanted to do a proper vacuum round before switching. Weather has not been kind. Makes you realise the difference between the piles. Part of the dual trim is slighter than expected, due to the thicker pile having a little overlap. This no doubt will change in time. They certainly stand out. Communication was very good after ordering. Glad there was a sale at the time, which made them more affordable. Missed having selected the stain protection. Emailed and got a fast response from Jamie. Rang back with my card details and the protection was duly added. Since, I wanted to go for boot mat upgrade. Maybe I can look at that option again down the line. Will be of course keeping the previous mats to use maybe, during servicing or Mot work.”
