“This firm is really very good plenty of choice always making sure you have selected correct car and are happy with your choice. I'd say they couldn't do more to prevent mistakes. The site is so easy to navigate and understand and prices are very competitive. The quality of my mats are very good very happy with them.”

“I ordered this item on the promise it would fit my 2026 model Omoda 5 Noble petrol. It didn't. It was obviously designed for an earlier model. However, rather than go to the effort of initiating a return, a pair of scissors fashioned the item into some semblance of what was required. More care should be taken when assuming fitments are also suitable for later models - like trying to fit them in later models and misleading advertising...”

Hi John, I’m really sorry to hear the item didn’t fit your 2026 Omoda 5 Noble petrol and that you had to modify it yourself. In cases such as this, you should always report the issue immediately as you're covered under our perfect fit guarantee, which means any ill fitting will be resolved without any charge to the customer. It could well be that the wrong mats have been received. Our mats are indeed based on the originals but if there's a variation, we would need to rectify this immediately. “I had multiple parts to my order and one part was received fine, but no communications on the second part. After a quick email I found the other part delivered a few days later. Still giving 5* as it was resolved and the quality of the mats are good and I can't select a half star!”
