“Brilliant product at a great price and delivered on time. I had a query that was resolved immediately by customer services that did make me feel a bit daft. I opened the package to find that I'd been sent 3 black mats and 1 grey. I emailed the company and asked them to replace the grey one with a black one. I received an immediate response saying that if I turned the grey one over I should find that it was black on the other side. I did. It was. I emailed them again to apologise and it was dealt with in a humorous and friendly way. Great customer service. Everything about this company is top notch and without hesitation I thoroughly recommend them”

“We ordered the car boot liner easy to do and delivery was as promised we are really pleased with it, luckily it was warm so unrolled it and laid it out in the sun. Fits the car perfectly and looks as if it came with the vehicle”

“Although there was a Daley in delivery , the customer service team was very professional and helpful reassuring and the mats were only a few days late. Arrived excellent quality and this is the second set Iv purchased from this company as always been very happy”

“Used this company for several cars. Real test of customer service is when things don't go quite right - they fix things quickly. New car was only just released. Mats were fine except the driver mat fixings weren't quite right. Query responded to immediately. New mat with new fixings sent which are perfect. Very pleased will use again, and again.”
