“I ordered personalised mats and a personalised car boot liner, as well as rubber mats for my son's land Rover Discovery. After ordering, I realised that I'd accidentally ordered personalisation on the driver's mat only, instead of all four. Not a problem; I phoned Carmats4U, and they amended my order over the phone. When the mats arrived, unfortunately, they were not personalised. Again, not a problem. A quick phone call, and the correct mats were dispatched the same day, and delivered the next day. later. The replacements were supplied before I returned the incorrect ones (at no cost to myself), and, by way of compensation, Carmats4U refunded my original postage too (I'd paid extra for next day delivery). Excellent customer service. As for the mats themselves, I opted for Platinum grade and it was well worth it. The mats are of excellent quality - thick and hard wearing, but also luxurious. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.”

“Ordered mats for an Alfa Romeo mito and they fit great and feel good quality however I ordered them with green, white and red piping on the outside and the green is less green and more black.”
