“I received my mats within a couple of days of ordering, quality was excellent however they just didn’t look right colourwise in my car (my fault entirely) So I rang up same day and explained and was told not a problem, just send them back and we’ll send the replacements when we’ve received ! So I did this and 4 days later my repacements were delivered and they look fab in my car now ! This is a great company to deal with, the product quality is spot on and after sales customer service excellent as well Very pleased all round”

“I was quoted silly money for Genuine Kia replacement mats. After a recommendation I thought I'd give carmats4u a go. Very impressed, superb pricing, easy to order and super quick delivery. As described, they are an exact match to the original mats but look much better thanks to the highlighted trim stitching ( which you choose). I will be ordering another set for my partners car.. very happy with my purchase.”

“Purchased some mats for our new Citroen SpaceTourer. Placing the order was super easy and the website super intuitive. The vehicle is adapted for a wheelchair for my daughter, and therefore the personalisation with her name on the mats was a treat. The order was slightly delayed due to a breakdown of the machine, but communication throughout was on point. Most importantly, the mat quality was better than expected. The fact that the mat is also covered by a one year warranty is also very reassuring.”

“Was very happy with the ones I’d received for my last car so I ordered my second set of mats off Carmats4u. I don’t think I received all the order updates I was supposed to but the website tracking was excellent. My order times were within the extended window quoted on the website. I was ordering from Ireland and duty was supposed to be paid so I contacted customer service when I received an ask for payment from the courier. I received prompt responses and a resolution within a day. Mats were the same excellent quality I’d received on my original order 9 years ago. Interior mats fit perfectly. Boot liner only seems to fit properly when boot floor is raised to its top height, but this isn’t a major issue.”

“Wow, wasn’t sure what to expect when my car mats and boot liner arrived, I was totally blown away. The boot liner fits my C3 perfectly. The car mats also fit perfectly and are very good quality. I like the way you can customise the colour and finish. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Carmats4U again and have recommended to our friends.”

“I ordered a set of car mats and paid for next day delivery. The following day, I checked the delivery status and noted that they had been dispatched on time. However, because of some inexplicable ‘problem’ with the courier, they failed to arrive. After contacting customer services about the’ problem’ they manufactured and forwarded a replacement set to me, which I received the following day. They also refunded the cost of the next day delivery. Customer service was very polite and efficient. Thank you.”
