“I ordered a set of the Elite car mats. I found the website easy to use when selecting tailoring options. You firstly receive some paper templates to trial fit in the car footwells, with an email asking you to confirm they fit, and once you have, then production begins. I’m very pleased with the result. They are very well made mats. I used to work for a shoe factory and know good quality stitching and trimming when I see it. The process takes a bit more time before arrival of the finished product as opposed just ordering a standard set, but well worth the wait and fairly priced too. Customer support is very friendly and helpful. They use DPD for delivery so you get live updates and a pretty accurate ETA.”

“When I made my order, it was originally for a different boot liner. Although indicated as "In stock" at the time of order, it transpired that they had just run out of stock. Within hours, I received an email offering to refund my money or to replace the ordered boot liner with one of a significantly higher price, for the same price as I had paid, along with enhanced delivery. I chose the latter and the order was shipped immediately, received next day. Very happy with both the boot liner and service received. First class.”

“I have ordered several seta of mats form Carmats4U in the past have I have always received excellent and professional service each and every time. I was so pleased I dealt with Laura this time and received a superb service, delivered on time. I upgraded to the Platinum range and these mats are so luxurious and well made, well worth the extra if you are thinking of upgrading, will be definitely buying again. If you are looking for car mats then don't waste your time looking anywhere else, these people are the real deal!”

“Ordered rubber mats for Kia Niro 2022, arrived a couple days later, right on time, and they fit perfectly. They feel sturdy and durable, exactly what I was after, and cost half of what Kia charge for essentially the same item.”

“Ordered boot mat for i10 as current base has caved slightly. Was a bit of a struggle to get in, in hindsight dropping the back seats would have helped but it was done eventually. There are a couple of areas that its not a 100% accurate fit around the edge where it isn't neat but that's to be expected. Delivery was quick for standard, came much sooner than expected, price was decent. Can't comment on customer services or returns and refunds as didnt utilise. Overall recommended.”
