“My mats arrived in the time stated. There was a problem in that the logo ordered wasn't on the mats. Everthing else was fine. I phoned up and spoke to Oliver who apologised and offered a replacement set. However, life is too short to sweat the small stuff so my suggestion to refund the difference was agreed and I received that the next day. No complaints here.”

“Boot liner fits the boot exactly and I can put dirty stuff in it knowing I can easily take the liner out, clean it then put it back and my boot stays clean.”

“It was easy to order these mats and to ensure that they would fit my vehicle. Dispatch was very prompt however, was badly let down by Evri who lost the parcel, and the delivery time that I have given reflects this first order, bearing in mind it was a courier error not the manufacturer’s. On contacting, Carmats4U about the delay by email, I had an immediate reply from customer services to apologise & to say they were looking into the delay, but only a couple of days later a replacement order was swiftly dispatched and delivered very promptly by DPD within 3 days. Big shout out to Customer Services! The rubber mat fits beautifully into the lower part of my jeep avenger an is of excellent quality.”

“Pretty good prices. Standard (good) quality products*. The problem (for the company) is... Once you buy once for your vehicle, you don't need to buy again!!! *be prepared for a rubber/chemical smell initially... "air it out" for 24-48 hrs prior to installation”
