“The mats are great quality and very happy with them. The delivery was longer than expected and I had to call to chase them. An email to let me know there was a backlog would have been appreciated”

“Bought as a gift for a soon to be Sportage owner. The genuine Kia boot mat was quite expensive, so I found this alternative mat. It fits perfectly and is not only cheaper, but nothing was sacrificed quality wise. A win win all round.”

“Easy to order the right boot mat for my car at a reasonable price. Delivered in 7-10 days. They say up to 7 working days so just about on time although the courier was late.Fitted boot perfectly and good quality.”

“Excellent product! Fits exactly as it should and just what we were looking for. We often put a pram / kid bike in the car and this is a necessity for wet wheels and spilt bottles. Delivery took longer than quoted BUT it was during the heatwave and when I contacted customer services they were friendly and explained what the delay was. Would recommend.”

“Fake dispatch emails and zero accountability. Once this company takes your money, communication goes out the window. I received a notification 6 days ago stating my order was with the couriers. When I followed up 8 days later, I was told it hadn't even left the factory and was "still in production." When I asked how to log a formal complaint, they informed me they don’t have a complaints process. I am incredibly disappointed and highly skeptical of their positive reviews. Do not waste your time or money.”

“Had mats from Carmats4U before, they fitted well and were good quality so when I changed my car they were my go to company. The mats came in reasonable time and fitted my new MG HS perfectly. I'm very pleased with them and would recommend Carmats4U as they make a quality product in a reasonable time and made in the UK is always a oreference for me.”

“Initially disappointed when they arrived - didn’t fit. On phoning them it became clear that I’d made the error - easily done - but customer services were outstanding. Created a new order, gave a reduction (when they didn’t need to) and sympathetic in terms of explanation and the situation going forward. So, an excellent firm to deal with and they get a definite strong recommendation from me”

“I received the order for the car mats I ordered for Fathers Day unfortunately there was a mistake with my order I received the upper boot mat instead of the lower boot mat. When I contacted Carmats4u by telephone, they couldn't of been more apologetic and the gentleman I spoke to couldn't of been more helpful. He arranged for the correct boot mat to arrive on the Saturday in time for Fathers Day. We decided to keep the upper mat as well as all the mats were well made and an excellent fit. We will definitely use carmats4u again. Would recommend Carsmats4u.”
