“Totally efficient and professional from my initial enquiry through to completion of the job. Technician arrived at the promised time and used his unquestionable expertise to quickly get my car back on the road. At no point in this process did I feel stressed or worried. Excellent service!”

“Good service once arrived. The guys did arrive a considerable amount of time later than agreed but was very apologetic and the service that followed was very good. Unfortunately one of the vehicles couldn’t be completed due to external server issue but overall satisfied and I’m sure they will deliver upon their return with a little customer discount for inconvenience. Thanks guys! Tom”

“Met your engineer on my road dealing with another client. I asked if he could make me a spare key for my Mercedes. It was done within half an hour. Lovely engineer he deserves credit for his efficiency. Thank you”

“had to give them a 5 star service, as the guy that came was brilliant , very professional and very polite and on time , however the service was very expensive at a cost of £450 , but would really been in trouble otherwise so had to pay 😞 would use again but hopefully not !”

“the engineer called to say he was 5 mins away but didn't call when he was on site, i called him after another 10 min wait to confirm he had arrived. I wasn't at my car because it was dark. There had been a miscommunication as he thought i had the spare entry key for the car. He seemed annoyed at that and just generally wasn't talkative or felt approachable.”

As you can see from our other reviews, we pride ourselves in providing great customer service and we'd like to do the same for you.
