“We are in the motor trade ourselves. We used their facilities on a Honda Civic where the keys needed to be synced to the car again. Came out the same day. There was still however an issue as the alarm wasn't synced but they came out first thing in the morning and corrected it. Absolutely amazing service from call centre to engineers especially Florin”

“Excellent service, made the appointment for 14:00, got call at 13:20 on their way to me. A key and new FOB for my Audi was made and reprogrammed. The two operatives were very pleasant,polite,happy and professional throughout the process. I can not fault OGS. Great price. Highly recommended company.”

“Victoria on the phone was so calm and patient. She phoned around to ensure I had different options. Dan Radulescu, the technician was amazing, he worked magic! So helpful, going beyond his way to ensure I had the best customer care. Initially, I felt it was a little pricey but it was worth every penny. I was pleased with everything especially the rapid response and friendly service.”

“I had lost my key for my Audi TT. The mechanic arrived early and I showed him my cars ID and Driving licence. This chap was very polite & efficient and within the hour he had opened the car and had it running. A very professional service and if required I would definitely recommend them. Thank you Bryan C”

“My wife lost the only key to our Mercedes ML - We asked Car Key Solutions for a quote and excepted, with in 5 minutes of making a booking I received a text detailing the job, Name of the person booked for the job and also tracking details so I could see on maps live where he actually was. Dan Arrived - He is friendly and professional, opened the car, cut me a new programmed key and started the car with no fuss - It could only have taken 30 mins from start to finish. Fantastic customer service and would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. Thank you so much Simon”
