“Came out very next day to unlock my car, create a be key and reprogramme the immobiliser! They aim for same day but my car required an unusual part. Highly recommend.”

“The technician who replaced the key on my Mercedes was both Professional, Enthusiastic and turned up bang on time. The new key looked exactly the same as Mercedes would have supplied and possibly was! Highly recommended and will use again.”

“Excellent service. Arrived a bit earlier than the appointed time. Key was produced very quickly. Shown that the new key did what the old key did. Offered a hot drink from a machine which was free. Stuck to original quote.”

“repair could not be done. A service charge of 100 pounds was taken from me for nothing. I called another master and he fixed the key place. my old key is working now. but it doesn't work in two copies that your master made for trial purposes. i felt cheated”

“Great communication and a really good service. I was able to book an appointment which meant no hanging around, and had a choice of venue (or a home visit for an extra cost). The guy who helped me was lovely, there was free coffee while the job was done and all was completed in a very satisfactory manner. All in all a great service.”

“My experience of dealing with this company was just superb from start to finish. I got a prompt response to my initial email enquiry, followed by a few follow up questions. I then got a very reasonable quote and an appointment that suited me. As soon as I arrived at the South Norwood branch a very friendly,professuional technician just cracked on with the job. I didn't leave until the new key and my old one were both fully tested and working.”

“After waiting two hours in there Norwood shop I was then told they didn't have the tools to complete job , how ! frustrating ! this was , But they redeemed themselves next day as a very polite and patient young man turned up and completed job effectively and efficiently I now have a spare key 🔑for my cayenne car .”

Hi Patrick, Thank you for your feedback! We are really sorry about the waiting time. We try our best to finalise our jobs as soon as possible, but sometimes unpredictable connection issues come up. This time, after we tried with a few devices in order to do a spare key for your car but your vehicle requested a special tool. Waiting time was ~ 1h and you were informed about the procedure and the time. We couldn't complete the job in our workshop, our technician explained to you about the situation, and you were rescheduled for a mobile job, at the same price and we came across the next day, not another company and completed the job!
