“Come right on time, with message before hand saying eta which I always like as saves waiting around. Friendly engineer, who was helpful and went extra mile trying to get other key fob working. Had demonstration to show all was working, overall would use again, other companies never replied to any messages, this company may charge little more but emails replied in my case in minutes. Would use again.”

“Sebastian was both informative and a good chat while he worked. Fixed it in 10minutes! Arrived 5mins before scheduled time 👍. Wish I hadn't lost the key as it's expensive but good quality service. Robertas Zernys Job in Southall”

“Cost was good compared to BMW dealers £175 per key 3 days wait. CKS came out the technician was helpful. Price is high though but in comparison to BMW was competitive particularly if you buy two keys.”
