“Very pleased with the service. I have received a response to my quote almost instantly, and got booked for next day service. I have visited the workshop where I was offered hot drinks while I was waiting. The whole procedure took less than than expected and I was walking out with my new spare key. I even got a free battery replacement for my old key as an extra. I couldn't recommend more, perfect experience from A to Z. Thanks.”

“Very good communication from customer services. I had received one text message before the appointment and one on the day, and the engineer came early. My new key almost looks identical to the original one and does everything the other does. Thank you very much for your professionality as a company.”

“I just finished work and taken my shopping toy car, thinking I’ve opened the car central locking but only the boot I had opened to put my shopping away and closed the boot door, thinking my car keys was inside my coat jacket, but I googled car unlocking company and this company popped up along, as I never had AA cover or RAC, this company charged decent price and was so fast in coming down and unblocking my car for me! Would recommend & good customer service!”

“Good service . Very courteous man Price way to high £162 for 20 mins work and not even given a second key! £80 +£20 for a second key would be nearer and acceptable price”

However we're saddened to hear you comment about our pricing as you agree the cost before we even booked a technician to you and if it took us a short time to unlock and create an manual key on your vehicle that's because we have specialised technicians with the skill and experience to get you back into your vehicle no matter what the circumstances are.
