“Appointment 0900 to 1000 called at 0930 to say will be with you at 1130, when I said OK said will take 3 hours do you have time again said yes, gave me the impression that he did not want to come. Arrived at 1100 told me I had to empty van as he needed to work inside with doors closed this did not happen so emptied for no reason. He finally finished at 1630 during this time he told me nobody likes fitting these vans as they have a double skin, very hard work he had to adjust locks when I tried to close them, one of them I have to push to close easily, he did say he could alter this but it would take more time. Also the locks on the side doors do not fit flush but are half out at an angle then wanted to charge me £530 when I said no he said oh have you paid a deposit ok. So 5 and a half hours later I have wasted a complete day”

“I was completely lied to, on the phone I was quoted £30-40 for a battery replacement on my fob when I got there I was charged £90. I am not happy at all and felt reluctant to pay but I had to as it was required to be done.”

“I am really pleased with the service and ghost 2 that was fitted to my Mercedes. Stefan did a brilliant job and my GLE was secured in no time at all. I got a full demo and practical use. I think it was the best descision I have made to get car key solutions to fit a Ghost 2. No mess and no sign that anyone had been installing anything. Brilliant job”

“On booking our job, replacing a malfunctioning key, our options and costs were clearly defined. Our engineer arrived at the beginning of our nominated two-hour slot. He was courteous, helpful, and efficient and solved our issue within half an hour. I would certainly use again and recommend to friends.”

“They (Lawrence our engineer) was super patient and excellent in resetting our Ghost alarm as well as answering and clearly responding to a number of questions we had in a practical non tech way.. He also made sure everything was working both on my wife’s and my app as he wanted to make sure (without prompting) all in good order. Before we left. Truly excellent customer service/based on my experience to date, I would not hesitate for one moment to recommend their services…”

“They demaged my car, the rear parking camera stopped working, battery is always flat and cant start the car, and now waiting for 1 month for them to come an check it, that dose not mean fix it just check it, and all this time I am just charging car batter every day just so that I can use it for work, and have spent £190 for new battery now, and £28 for jumpstar cables, £140 for jumpstart powerbank just in case I go somewhere and I cant come back home. Plus not sure how much the rear camera fix will just me not to mention the time and fustration.. the idea is good but if you have a problem then your left with it to deal by yourself”
