“Staff were friendly and professional but despite booking in advance I was told to wait over an hour before my car could be seen. My appointment was at midday and my car didn’t get seen until 13:20. There were then issues with the pairing of a new key which resulted in me having to wait 4 and a half hours for my keys to be paired. Sometimes issues arise and delays are occasionally inevitable but the communication was poor. I spent hours without updates or explanation, consistently being told “20 more minutes”. Despite being sat in the waiting area the whole time. Ultimately the service provided was of a good quality and the staff were friendly but consequently my entire day was ruined and I had to cancel other errands I had on the day.”

“This company is very good and helpful and very trustworthy they sent 2 young men to sort out my car one them was called John who fixed my car before I did feel it for him as it was very cold? Such lovely guys I would recommend this company to anyone who needs them”

“Old fasioned service as rarely provided today. Very polite and fast. Engineer spent a long time checking keys and car ignition system. They changed a battery in one of the keys all without charge. They then left the warm building to come into the freezing cold weather outside to guide me from the parking space outside. Would definately recommend. This was done at their N2 shop”

“Excellent service from start to finish From making the call , good customer service . Engineers turned up on time , and resolved the issue with my car ignition lock was also informed when they were close to reaching my destination . Will recommend you to friends and family . Thank you Linda”

“Had a problem with my Ghost security a problem that I created engineers on phone was very supportive and went through step by step engineer Lorenzo came out fixed problems in minutes very professional glad that I picked on car keys solutions to fit my Ghost always there if I need them”

“The Fitter arrived at the agreed time and kept me informed throughout the whole job in what he was doing. Once he completed the installation. He thoroughly explained how the system works, and how to make any changes to the code and how to put it into service mode, I fully recommend The Fitter they sent”
