“I found the response to my initial email request very good , it inspired confidence and Victoria was very helpful in guiding me through options and was not at all pushy . When i arrived the gentleman behind the counter was very helpful , offered me coffee and a seat whilst the engineer, tried to program key and remote control. The service given was very high , the staff all polite and the job was completed very promptly . They should be very proud of the service offered. I drove from Surrey to get the job completed, i am pleased i did and will use again. Thank you”

“I was helped by Nick. What can i say, probably the best service i received in a long timeee. I cant thank Nick and his team enough for all their help and the job was quick and seamless as well as being up to a high standard. Will definitely be recommending them to everyone i know!!! “5 stars is not enough for the service I received as the communication was EXCELLENT. This was by email, text, and phone with the later being (Roxan)very pleasant as the complete procedure was explained thoroughly. My TWO sets of Porche keys were collected on Wednesday afternoon and returned in person on thursday evening (wearing PPE) ALL All this for £139 when Timpsons wanted £90 for one but tried on 3 occasions but failed. Thanks so much for what seemed a daunting task made easy. I love my car again as I don't swear at it now-) Stay safe. Nez. Ps it was collected courier and delivered in person by a company driver.”

“Prompt professional polite. Came when stated and rang before. Office staff and technician as stated. Very reasonable price for replacement keys. I called the technician back as the key was becoming stuck in the fob, no problem. Very happy and I would definitely recommend to friends and family.”

“Quoted £460 for a replacement key for my car. £200 more than the main dealer and £130 more by getting a quote online than by calling them earlier today. I’m not impressed by companies taking advantage of knowing main dealerships are closed for COVID-19 for the foreseeable.”

When giving a price, every little detail matters and unfortunately, we firstly priced without having all the details at hand. “I emailed regarding a lost key at 8pm on Easter Monday. By 9pm I had had a positive response and by 4pm the following day I had a replacement key. Friendly, helpful, efficient and professional.”
