“Very efficient, were able to get to me on the same day, within a couple of hours! Although it’s an expensive cost, to have a key fixed, they were really pleasant and lovely.”

“Stefan the engineer was very personable and helpful. The alarm was installed on my Peugeot 3008 in just over an hour and he spent time talking me through in detail how the alarm worked. I would have no problem in recommending this company.”

“This firm responded within 1 hour after getting a quote on line to replace a lost key fob for my 13 year old BMW. Very knowledgable technician sorted it out in 15 minutes on site. The replacement key fob works perfectly. Not a bad price either. Such a great service- highly recommended.”

“After making the call today Sept 5th, Vlad was assigned to the job and upon arrival was courteous, very knowledable and very proffesional. Within 30mins, the key was cut and programmed with no fuss, he even managed to find a FIAT logo badge to stick onto the fob which was fantastic and the icing on the Italian cake. I wouldn't hesitate to recommending to others!!”

“Took my bentley gtc to get a new spare key the technician was clearly very knowledgeable in his job .I apologise to him as I was a nervous customer worring about my car he took it in his stride and got my key sorted keep up the good work .”

“Very helpful Customer Service when I called for a quote and appointment. Unfortunately original appointment was delayed but again great customer service, very apologetic and went above & beyond to rebook at a convenient time for me. Engineer was nice, polite & efficient - great job and company, would recommend. Shivs”

“I wish I had reached out to you guys earlier.Long story short so I lost my car keys at the Notting-hill carnival tried to look for the spare unfortunately couldn’t find it. So the next option was to look for a nearby locksmith here in Mitcham and luckily I came across Car key’s solutions website and decided to put my trust in them although they not cheap but at least you can pay in instalments which I found very helpful.paid a deposit online and the following morning they sent their mechanic who did a brilliant job within 2hrs. Am stress free now cause no more bus,tram & train for me to get to work. Thanks guys 100%”

“I was quoted the wrong price. When the engineer came he said he could not do the job for that price. After an hour of speaking to customer service to resolve the matter I was forced to sign a payment agreement to pay the additional balance even though I told them I could not afford it. I was told that if I did not agree to the payment plan the engineer will leave without doing the job and I will lose the deposit of £120”
