“The man turned up on time. He let me rant over another auto locksmith that had came out day before who spent 3 hours trying to do the job but couldnt, who then said its my car. Your man explaind what he had to do and within 2 mins job done.... what a hero he was..... thanks again....”

“Technician arrived when expected. Given the current climate he was suitably prepared with face mask & gloves. He maintained his distance whilst carrying out the work. He was professional and courteous at all times. He completed the work, ensured I was happy with the work carried out and promptly provided an invoice which was exactly the price I was expecting. Very happy with the service provided and I will certainly be recommending the company to others in the future.”

“Fantastic service from Geogina who took my Original Call and was well spoken, charming and helpful to the technician who arrived as scheduled next morning and was also efficient, pleasant and friendly.He was outside my house for about 40 mins and I got my new Key which worked perfectly and was an exact replica of the original Audi Key.Overall an excellent service. “Just had a visit from one of your technicians after my car was returned by police after it had been stolen a couple of months ago. I was reluctant at first but in this COVID-19 chaos I had little else option, but I’m glad I did. The service was brilliant and the technician went above and beyond what he was required to do. Didn’t just re-programme my keys and put a new lock in but was adamant that he could it so windows would go up and down with the key. I highly recommend.”
