“Fantastic service, fair price, office staff handled my enquiry very quickly, job complete the following day, Jon came to my place of work and carried out the repair quickly, explained everything and was a pleasure to deal with, great guy, very happy customer would definitely use again and recommend.”

“I needed a spare key for my S Class and given this was a newer model quite a few locksmiths suggested I go to the dealer. Mercedes wanted the car to be brought in, twice, to get the job done. Car Key solutions, on the other hand, came home, collected paper work to ensure I own the car, took some data off the car, came back in 4 days with a fully functional spare key. And they saved me about 70£ too. Could not fault the service at all, totally professional and super quick. Would recommend them without a doubt.”

“A very professional service, with a very knowledgeable and professional mechanic. I emailed late at night and they booked me in for the next day, drove to me and had a replacement key made within half an hour. Very professional great quality and a very reasonable price!”

“Amazing job! I spoke over the phone with Mike who dealt with my issue in a professional manner and kept me informed of any changes. Chris came at the exact time and sorted out the keys in 2 hours and explained every step of the job very clearly. The cost was exactly as decided with Mike over the phone and good for the job. Highly recommended!”

“I found the service good but was confused as to why I had to pay 100 pound to the company for which I received a receipt but an extra 50 to the person who came to do the job yet didn’t receive a receipt for the extra 50 pound , a strange way to conduct a business should be one price total .”

“The guy who came was, prompt, helpful and had everything done in less than an hour. However, two niggles. Firstly didn’t have a Mazda logo to put on the key. Secondly and more significantly I realised later that the key is slightly too long to flip out and gets caught on the housing of the key. You have to lever it out with a fingernail. Not great for £170. I will also say the key feels a bit more cheap and plasticky than I would have hoped but that’s not a big deal, it was only ever bought as a spare.”
