“Obviously loosing car keys can spell total disaster, especially if no spare is available! Car Key Solutions were excellent, from the minute we called right through until they handed over my new keys - yes I got a spare. My personal key disaster turned out not to be so straightforward but the engineer sent to help stayed calm and communicated every step of the way even down to collecting me from the train station as they had to return next morning to the field my car was stranded in. All good now and would highly recommend”

“Lost my car keys in March 2019, engineer came out and done a replacement key, engineer was great, he sync the key and all was fine, cost £210.00 which was worth it. April 2019 about a month later, the key lost its sync with the car, phoned the customers service number, was told if the problem wasn't the key they would charge me £120.00 call out charge, I know its the key so why say its the car?”

“Apologies forgot the Engineers name, but he was a gentleman and speedily sorted the key out for me. In addition, I was advised that he would with me within the hour, but came around 35 minutes from my call. I also had a message sent when he was 5 minutes away. Thank you so much!”
