“I got a key done from Carkey Solutions on the 16th of October and everything went smoothly. I have recently moved house and needed to move my car from one house to another. When I tried to start my car it said that it was mobilised so it wouldn’t start. I rang Carkey Solutions to see if they could get someone to come out to fix the issue (after speaking to my mechanic who said he couldn’t do anything) and the first person I spoke to was very unhelpful. He said they had no record of my car being done and because they get rid of their record after a year it was no longer under warranty. However I continued to explain that I had it done in October but I did not receive invoice by email like they said I would. He then said he would ring me back in 5 mins and never did. I decided to ring them back and I spoke to a lady that was helpful. She somehow managed to find my records after the other man couldn’t and said that I was under warranty and that they would send someone out. Someone was here within 2 hours to fix the problem. It was not the most amazing experience but it wasn’t the worst.”

“We wanted a spare car key cut for my wife’s car. The first engineer was unable to complete the job but the second engineer (Chris) spent 3hrs on site and was determined to get to the bottom of the problem and he did! We’re seriously impressed by him, his knowledge and experience and dedication to customer satisfaction and we’re very grateful to him. Thanks again Chris.”

“Very good service. Needed a steering lock assembly replacement. Car Keys Solutions sent a technician over and had the issue fixed within an hour (he even jump started my car for me! :)”

“I am really happy I came across this company.I lost my only car key and I start searching on the internet to get a replacement key, after calling few companies I also called Car keys solutions company who sounded a trusted company.I decided to have the key done with them and I don't regret, the key works and looks like the original one.I want to thank Sebastian who came at the arranged time and he done the key in just 30 min.Thank you Car Keys Solutions!”

The two technician who have worked on your case programmed a new key and ran a proper diagnostic which indicated that your car has other issues that can be handled further by a garage.
