“Very good customer service, - I live in Milton Keynes, was flying from Heathrow, they made the engineer see me at the time I wanted them. And also the price was reasonable. A very good experience.”

“Technician arrived on time was very courteous and polite, He tried everything to get into my car, but eventually ended up breaking a window to gain entry and sorting out the issues with my wifes car, he was extremely apologetic and felt that he had failed , however he was a credit to the company, I know that he tried everything that he could and was left with no other option, I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering calling them.”

“Ogs Mecahnics Keys ....what a great level of professionalism they demonstrated on the phone . I spoke to them over the phone with my request to get new set of keys for my car which I had lost them completely .. The expert arrived with in a short time and in am matter of less than half hour got me exact keys cut ....very happy with them ...will recommend them to every one who would like to use their services ...either for keys or any car related ...”

“Credit where credit due I had a fault on a merc key fault plus car cut out occasionally ,I had taken car to two other places prior to going to OGS with no success OGS found the fault after a few test. So far all working well well done”

Dear Mr Mahoney, First of all, thank you for your business and as regards to the discount given when you have cancelled was only because the technician slot was already booked for yourself and was to late to change it to another customer. As you can appreciate yourself a cancellation when schedule is organised it can affect all the work flow. However we stand for what our 98% of customers rate as a 5 star service. Regards
