“Great work very prompt was a bit annoyed i got a lower price once i had cancelled them would have been 5 star if i got their best price at the start befor getting another quote first”

Dear Mr Mahoney, First of all, thank you for your business and as regards to the discount given when you have cancelled was only because the technician slot was already booked for yourself and was to late to change it to another customer. As you can appreciate yourself a cancellation when schedule is organised it can affect all the work flow. However we stand for what our 98% of customers rate as a 5 star service. Regards

“Tecnician arrived within one hour , and after checking v5 docs set about doing the business. It took about 40 mins I was well pleased that I could use my car again..Audi would have 7-10 days to do same job and I would have to pay recovery to get my car to Audi garage...😁”

“The locksmith arrived a little later than I expected but he was apologetic and got on with the job very quickly and professionally. 40 minutes later, I was the owner of a new car key. All in all, a very good service. Recommended!”

“GOOD SERVICE WHEN HE GOT THERE. TIMING VARIED FROM 20:30 THEN 19:30 THEN 20:30 BUT ACTUAL 21:00. HOWEVER SERVICE WAS VERY GOOD WHEN WITH US. VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL TECHNICIAN. HAVE USED THEM BEFORE AND ALWAYS BEEN GOOD SERVICE.”
