“Ecellent! Steeering lock issue with my Mercedes, local garage could not help and said only a Merc dealer could undertake work and car would be off the road for at least a week. Searched on-line for help, saw OGS Mechanics who claimed they could repair immediately, a visiting mobile van engineer could repair in about an hour. I read numerous reviews saying how good OGS were, throughly recommended, so decided I'll give them a call. Not knowing what to expect, told a known common fault with Mercs, I live in East Sussex, not an issue, yes an engineer could call today. Arranged for following afternoon, was phoned confirming engineer on his way, arrived when expected, all very professional, repair done within an hour, car back on the road, what more does a driver want. 5 Stars is not enough, double that and it is still not enough praise I can laud on OGS. Will I call them if I need their help again? You bet!!!”
