“My 2003 Audi key fob had just worn out, I had to open the car using the key but all other doors were locked, very inconvenient. I contacted OGS and they gave me a price and were at my home at 0900 the next day. One hour later my new key and electronic fob were ready. Now the car is back in action. Can't praise them enough, nice staff, quick service, good price. Will use again if needed. Well done.”

“Most pleasantly surprised that your admin lady quoted very quickly and when I asked for further info she said she would ring back qithin 10 mins and she did just that, when we went ahead with the order your technicians arrived quickly and within the time they had allocated and completed the work without fuss or delay. Thank you, I am very pleased.”

Dear Ahmed, May I please remind you that you have made assumptions based on information you've seen on internet that fault on your vehicle is steering lock, but it wasn't the case on your vehicle as from factory the is not equipped with. We have further advised you from initial diagnostic carried out on site that the is a communication between modules and further investigation have to be carried out in the workshop. Hope this clarify the situation.

“Your mechanic Catalin Acatrini was very pleasant to talk to and he explained very well what he was doing. He was very polite and friendly. He tried his very best to solve my problem, which unfortunately turned out to be not keys, but most certainly an areal.”
