“I put in my details at about 9am in the morning, still haven’t been contacted so spoke to someone through the online chat, was being very helpful, then all messages disappear and I’m back at square 1”

“Very Professional.. Quick response.. No hassle... Pleasant staff on the phones and in person. Efficient and know what their doing ESL malfunction on MERCEDES car not starting or cranking.. And spare key supplied in site.. Excellent job. Highly recommended.. 😁👍”

“We got there in the end! Very responsive and always kept up to date. Took a couple of visits but they did it in less than 24 hrs and the first visit was immediate. Prcie was market rate and cheaper than the dealership. Genuine BMW key delivered and prety nice people to deal with. Happy to use again.”
