“Very clean, very polite, friendly and knowledgeable technician came already with appropriate parts required for the job and not only did he rectified the fault with the car's ignition and steering lock mechanism, but also detected one of the car remote controls not functioning fully, brought it to our attention, we in turn asked our customer, got the OK and job was carried out beautifully. “OGS Mechanics Keys LTD visited my home at the arranged time (making pre-checks to make sure the time was still convenient) to cut and programme a new remote key for my Mini. The job was carried out efficiently by a very polite man named Christian. There was a small problem in that another part was required for my specific car and immediately another technician was called, who arrived quickly and the job was completed very swiftly. The price was less than BMW would have charged and I was very happy with the service delivered. I would recommend this company.”
