“Overall excellent service! Very quick response when first contacted and very polite. The gentlemen who sorted my key out was very pleasant, happy and helpful even sorted out my half broken key there and then!”

“My car key was lost in transit, no fault at all to car key solutions, John at Car key solutions contacted me the next day and sent someone out to my home address within three hours to get a re cut of the key and fixed it there and then, I had a new key within just over 24 hours. Amazing customer care from John and the team! Would definitely recommend and visit site again.”

“First mechanic came couldn't programme the key.Arranged for another mechanic to come.Came about 45 minutes later and he was able to get me a new key!Overall good service definitely recommend!!”

“Was not given clear indication when key would be returned as the only one I have after initially trying to purchase a spare key. I am 63 yrs of age and needed to do some shopping and need my car. I waited 6 days for my keys return when if given a estimate at the start could have shopped before going ahead with the repair.”

We are extremely sorry you had such a frustrating experience. We aim to provide excellent service to all of our customers. This definitely doesn’t sound like the experience you’ve had. Unfortunately, collections and deliveries are delayed at the moment as everyone works with limited staff due to the current situation, but we should've informed you that the process would take longer.
