“I chose a care Sourcer I wanted but I couldn’t get through to them so I left a message. No one called back so I telephoned the help number and soon I got a call from them. The carer came to visit and was very nice but then said the rate specified was an introductory offer and that it will increase by up to £2. I thought that was misleading and had I known I would have contacted another company.”

“Care sourcer was my starting point as I didn’t have a clue what help was out there. After my initial help request I received 3 offers - one of which fit well with our needs. My only disappointment was in the companies who sent offers based on my completed request but then said they had no availability and another company offered on the hours requested and then said that, due to distance, it wasn’t worth their while to come for less than 2 hours a day ! Sad really”
