“Care sourcer was my starting point as I didn’t have a clue what help was out there. After my initial help request I received 3 offers - one of which fit well with our needs. My only disappointment was in the companies who sent offers based on my completed request but then said they had no availability and another company offered on the hours requested and then said that, due to distance, it wasn’t worth their while to come for less than 2 hours a day ! Sad really”

“Care sourcer work very quickly to put you in touch with a number of care operatives all with strict guidelines the whole process is very easy to use and quickly takes that early panic away and the sourcer people are very nice to talk to and are sympathetic to the situation you find yourself in.”
