“Always dispatched promptly. Plants packaged well and always healthy. The only time there was a discrepancy with an order, it was dealt with promptly without any issues. I have on multiple occasions and only once was there a minor error.”

“as I said not happy with my delivery or my plants the delivery was 2days late and the shrubs I had delivered was just 2 sticks nothing like it showed in the picture so for £15 ,for the 2 was a disgrace so will not be buying from you again”

“I ordered rhubarb Plants and was dissatisfied with the quality after complaining. A replacement was sent which was marginally better but certainly nothing like I was led to believe so I won’t be ordering again”

“I placed an order for several Lilly bulbs, some bare root strawberry plants and 18 potted strawberry plants on 28/2/2025 with a promise they would deliver within 3 working days. When, at the end of that week (6 working days) there was no sign of them I got in contact with Carbeth. I was going away on the 10/3 for 2 weeks. When I discovered nothing had been sent I asked for the ordered to be cancelled, which they agreed. On the 11/3 some of the order arrived, my departure had been delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. I got in contact with them again and agreed that the items missing would arrive on, or soon after the 24/3, so the plants wouldn’t die in their boxes. After many exchanges of emails the plants finally arrived on 10/4. On the plus side the strawberry plants are now planted and appear to be growing. I haven’t seen the bulbs coming through yet. Overall I will not use this company again as there seems to be a very bad case of left and right hands not communicating.”

“Purchased four different varieties of bare root stawberry plants from Carbeth Plants. Delivery to N.I. was quick, plants were well packaged and they arrived in good order. All the plants look healthy with green shoots and leaves ready to get growing. Looking forward to enjoying some strawberries in the future.”

“Although the plants were very healthy and arrived well packed, I was disappointed with the selection provided. Your website did say that due to availability there could be some 'duplicates ' in the selection. I do not consider 4 common mint plants and only 2 different flavoured plants 'some duplicates'. The packing slip states mint Grapefruit - mint Spearmint - mint Apple - Common mint. Received 4 x Common mint, 1x mint Black pepper, 1x mint pineapple. Not what I received.”

“Millenium asparagus x 3 arrived today... photo attached. Good quality... long roots and growth bud. Bed in preparation already... manure + more manure... grit and sand in compost for free drainage as best possible . Service, price and delivery spot on. Looking forward to these cropping in future years... when established. Thank you :-)”

“I have ordered cat grass x4, although it arrived a little bit tired, it picked up within a few days and it looks fabulous and lash. A five star customer service, who seem to be working 24/7 seven days a week. I sent an email Saturday night, and when woke up on Sunday morning the reply was in my inbox, to which I replied and got a response Sunday afternoon. Fabulous service, thank you Heather and team!”

“I ordered two rhubarb crowns and what I received was two small shrivelled up what looked like roots nothing that is going to produce anything next year as disscribed what not buy anything from this company again.They should show a picture of what you are going to receive”
