“I paid extra Money to have my canvas frame delivered by May 28 for my grandsons graduation. So far it’s still in the early shipping process. If I don’t get it on time I will want a refund”

“Very clunky on the app. Poor quality picture translation. Blurry and colors not correct. Way too dark colors and off from actual photo. Background of photo turned into a tan color on the canvas. Horrible overall. I would like a full refund.”

“I paid an upcharge for next day shipping. I was notified that my item had shipped but when tracking it, I find the label has been printed but the shipper has not recieved my package. I expect a refund for the upchage for next day shipping and you need to correct you people from sending out false shipping information. This type of behavior is not acceptable.”
