“I paid an upcharge for next day shipping. I was notified that my item had shipped but when tracking it, I find the label has been printed but the shipper has not recieved my package. I expect a refund for the upchage for next day shipping and you need to correct you people from sending out false shipping information. This type of behavior is not acceptable.”

“Iam a professional photographer and gave this place a try. Ieven ordered my printer framed. It was printed so poorly it was unusable. I notified the company as instructed but never heard back. I tried several times with no response!! Don't use this company.”

“When my order was placed the system swapped my address so UPS couldn’t deliver it. They would only credit me $90 towards my order and made me reorder to get my pictures even though it was an error with their system.”

“Packaging was lacking, my largest picture is indented at the top. No fragile written on the box. Quality of pictures not the best, somewhat blurry, which i understand how that can happen.”

“My canvases arrived beautiful. Prompt delivery. Sturdily boxed. Heavier frame than I was expecting and a hanger installed on the back . All ready to hang. I ordered 2 16”x20” of nature photos from camping trip on river in Oregon. Very pleased. Will order again. Was a great gift for my brother too.”

“Ordered a picture and it has been shipped to the wrong address, I input the address to ship to and the company is shipping my order to a completely different address. I have called 5 times and the phone lines are down, I have attempted to use the chat feature which I am told is down and I have sent emails with no response Do not use this company horrible service!!”

“Very disappointed and dissatisfied with the 30x40 canvas received. Image was distorted. It was supposed to provide an image of back home but it's nothing like it. Whilst I know I provided the photo, I expected to be consulted if there was any issue with replicating on that size canvas.”
