“My first order was done wrong by me. I sent a screenshot instead of original. When I contacted them and sent the right picture they re- made my order for only additional shipping & taxes. I received it yesterday. It was perfect. Other members of my family are ordering also now!!!”

“Customer service is terrible. You can’t reach anybody. I’ve been on hold for at least an hour. I need to make a change to my order and I can’t get a hold of a live person. Terrible.”

“Design experience was fine BUT the sudden addition of more than half the cost of the print in postage was a SHOCK. Your company must make this clear from the start, I would have moved over to a pp of zero ie 'free delivery' if I had known - that is taking advantage of customers and kinda' 'cheating' . I will let my Art Group HERE IN The Villages, to be aware of this procedure when deciding to use or NOT use your products. We generally order over 100 prints a year.....so you may well have lost income because of "Penny-pinching". Brian Dickson”

“I originally wanted a collage with 4 pictures. However, portions of each frame were cut out on the upload. After numerous edits and attempts, i tried a collage with two pictures instead. That worked.”

“Great…but you are missing an opportunity…your finished product should include matting..up to 3 Matt’s incorporated into the canvas …not real matting…photo matting…simple and cheap…real matting is very expensive. Please consider this for no one is utilizing this feature. In fact we can jointly apply for a patent..to help you corner the market.”
