“Your site was very confusing. It would say prices start $47 but then actually start at $63. Your shipping is confusing too. Standard shipping says “get it in time for Father’s Day” but then it would say delivery date is June 23.”

“Maybe it was my iPhone, but using Safari in my iPhone, your website, crashed many times, then I went to google on an older platform and not all the information is available to check out. After the first time, the computer crashed I went back and you were charging me more for the same item so I quit and then got an email that it was for free. I appreciate the free offer but it was a frustrating experience.”

“This is my first time, I was very disappointed in “canvas”People, I ordered this same photo for my grandson who lost his precious pet. He never received the canvas and I contacted Cancas Prople four times never an answer. If you are successful delivering this canvas I have more to order. Your advertisement of $14.95 took a great jump???? Almost $50.00.”

“One of my canvas prints came with a mark on it that I wasn’t aware of when I placed the order. I bought several canvases and all I wanted was for one of them to be replaced in good faith because I just wasn’t happy with it. I got a long drawn out response about why they couldn’t do that for me and that it was my fault because it was in the original photo. I have dealt with Vistaprint in Walmart many times and they have a customer satisfaction policy if you’re not happy with what you have, they will replace it quickly and free this company will give you the runaround for a long time until you just give up and don’t wanna deal with them”
