“The address is incorrect. UPS is sending back to sender. The zip code on the shipment is incorrect. It should be 70130. Emanuel Jackson 822 1st St New Orleans, La 70130 is the correct address”

“Ordering was easy. Would be nice if editing had more options other than just enlarging. It would be good to be able to reduce wasted space in the sides without affecting the size of the subject so it no longer fits on the canvas. Also, standard shipping was supposed to cone with a free 11x14 (just pay shipping) but once paid, there is nothing to tell you how to claim the free canvas.”

“Ordering was ok, but disappointed in the product after I received it. Some of the pictures came back blurry. I wish there would've been a notice that flashed warning that the quality of the picture wasn't good before it let me order it.. Also, your prices are good, but your shipping is absolutely ridiculous . I guess that's where you make your money and why you can have the pictures so cheap.. Other than that, it was ok..”

“I realized that one of the orders (the 20" x 16") was bigger than I expected, but I must thank for a very good work. There's one thing to mention that the smaller picture (14" x 11") did not have the hanging hardware. I'd appreciate if you send them Thank you.”

“Have been a very satisfied customer for several years. I had a small issue with an order that I was going to just live with and then they sent me a “how was your recent order” and I thought, I’ll just mention it so at least if it’s a printing problem they’ll correct it for my and others’ future orders. I mean customer service with so many companies has just gone out the window and it’s less stressful most of the time to just move on. Canvas on the Cheap not only showed that they were very concerned that I wasn’t thrilled with my product, they went over and above to correct the issue - which sounds like it was a problem with my original photo and not their process, oops! I’m old! And not great at editing photos. They OVER exceeded my expectations with their solution and I am over the moon happy with the adorable framed canvas of my youngest Grands. I’ll continue to use and refer people to Canvas for great products at REALLY reasonable prices!!”

“Ordering online was extremely difficult because they kept offering discounts are 20% offer several different things and we never could get out of it or cancel it so as a result somehow in there we’ve ordered it same thing twice which is not fair. I’d like to cancel one of the orders.”
