I do not have a problem with Campus Gifts, they offer really cool products at good prices and offer great customer service. The problem is that they use UK Mail as a courier. I paid £7 for next day delivery for a urgent gift but UK Mail lied I was not home and took my item to their collection point without attempting delivery. I had to take three trains and go to their warehouse at 10pm and collect it myself. Campus Gifts, please use a different courier as I am scared to buy anything from you now after that experience.

Unfortunately the mug I ordered cracked the first time I made a cup of tea. I plan to contact Campus gifts to enquire if they would be willing to replace it.

International orders normally take up to 2 weeks to arrive, but this may be slower during busy times of year depending on your local postal service. I ordered a large Beanie Boo - Cancun and I received a medium (9 inches in height). My granddaughter asked for this gift and I cannot find it here in the US because the Cancun Beanie is not in production any more. I could have bought a medium here in the US on ebay.

Dear Linda, We are very sorry if there was any confusion caused by the information available on our website. We do show the dimensions of all products clearly within their descriptions so that customers are fully aware of the size of the item that they are purchasing. However, having looked into this issue in detail I can see that some websites do describe some of the sizes differently, particularly those based in the US. I am sorry to say but the tops leak when you try and drink out of these mugs and because they are double lined once they have been washed the lining fills with water and drips all over the person drinking from them!

Placed order on a Wednesday and paid £3.00 extra for next day delivery. By the 'close of play' the next day the parcel had not arrived. At 8.20 that evening Campus Gifts delivery partner phoned me to 'confirm' address! they would deliver next day, Friday! You've guessed it . . . . it didn't arrive! I emailed Campus on Saturday a) wanting a refund for 'next day' delivery and b) when would I now receive my goods? Response was a) we will refund you and b) cant tell you because delivery partner is closed on Saturday's! Will email me on Monday. A beaten up old parcel was received at 4.20 on Monday! Moral of story, change delivery partner. Ordering on line should make things easier!
